Congratulations Dr. Austen Apigo!

Congratulations Austen for finishing your PhD! A beautiful talk was given followed by wonderful celebration. Austen is heading off to bigger and better things for a postdoc with Prof. Posy Busby at Oregon State University and then ANOTHER postdoc with Prof. Kathleen Treseder at UC Irvine. The Oono Lab will miss you! And it is very exciting to see this amazing project coming to a near-close. This is the first study to thoroughly sample EVERY plant species in an environment to understand host specificity. Stay tuned for so much more from this PhD!
