New paper in AJB by Laura Drake Schultheis!

Excited to see the hard work of PhD candidate Laura Drake Schultheis in Carla D'Antonio's lab come to fruition. Plus, a cover image as a nice bonus! In this study, Laura conducted a full factorial greenhouse experiment with drought and Neofussicoccum australe (Botryosphaeriaceae). Her study shows that even classically drought-tolerant plants in southern California's chaparral are not immune to climate change if pathogens (which could be endophytes) find themselves on weakened plants.
